Overview
The Transparent Kayak Tour in San Andrés is an exciting experience that will take you through the Old Point Mangrove Park (Mangroves) guided by bilingual islanders. This tour will allow you to explore Bahía Honda and enjoy two stops, one of which includes snorkeling activities to observe various species of fish and marine flora.
During the tour, you can paddle in calm and shallow waters, where you can admire the beauty of the red mangroves, seagrass meadows, communities of inverted jellyfish, flat oysters, green and brown algae, and other marine species.
The tour lasts for 2 hours and includes a typical snack for you to enjoy while admiring the breathtaking views. Available schedules are every day at 07:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 01:30 p.m., and 03:30 p.m.

Transparent kayak, paddles and life jackets (each Kayak has capacity for two people of 90kg each)
Sterilized masks (with steam operation that we have been carrying out for 7 years).
Lifevest
A typical snack or refreshment: Fruit bread or fried Bosco, pieces of fried fish (bonito or barracuda), tasting of typical breads and cakes, natural seasonal juice.
Plastic boxes to bring your cell phone to the tour and valuables if you wish. (these go, under your responsibility)
Lockers (You will be asked to fill out a form where you declare the amount of money, credit cards or valuables you leave in the lockers, where the contents will be verified in your presence).

What is this experience like?
A transparent Kayak experience guided by bilingual islanders. It takes place within Old Point Mangrove Park. The route covers Bahía Honda; The entrance is made to the park through the vehicular passage, western side of the park, usually called “Mangu Tree”; This tour lasts 2 hours with two stops, (One of them includes snorkeling activities, where you can observe various species of fish and marine flora).
What should you know?
Its cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance or in the event that the activity cannot be carried out due to climatic variations, the entire amount paid will be returned OR IT CAN BE DONE THE FOLLOWING DAY · The maximum weight allowed per person: 90 kg (the maximum weight of the couple cannot exceed 180 kg) · Children between the ages of 6 and 10 will be able to do the activity, but they are not given paddles · The kayaks are for two people, if you travel alone , you must go with another traveler, but never alone.
